1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time (Order Processing): All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that this is the time required to prepare your items before they are dispatched. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (7-14 business days) + Transit Time (7-14 business days). 
Please expect to receive your order within 14 to 28 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, international logistics, or carrier issues in your respective country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 3-5 days after dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ice Buddy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Damages & Wrong Address
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, Ice Buddy is not liable for lost packages. Please contact us immediately at support@icebuddy.com if you need to correct your address before shipment.
Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours with photo evidence to file a claim.6. Contact Information
